At Clarum Homes, we’re passionate about transforming the way you live. That means creating comfortable, energy-efficient homes – which promote ecological stewardship, reduce monthly utility costs, and provide a comfortable and healthy living environment for our clients.

So it should come as no surprise that when it came to our own office headquarters, we held ourselves to the same standard. We are thrilled to announce our beautiful new office location on Olive Avenue, the very first net-zero office building in Palo Alto.

What is net-zero?

A net-zero office building means that we only consume the energy we produce on-site. We do this by harvesting solar energy, and employing highly efficient HVAC and lighting technologies to reduce our energy use. We use some of these same techniques to build passive homes, providing a comfortable, healthy, economical, and sustainable alternative to traditional home (or office) construction.
